Our weightlifting class is a combination of Power and Olympic lifting. Weightlifting technique can take years to build, so we offer a specific class to improve your technique faster, under the watchful eye of an experienced coach.
Whether you are an endurance athlete or someone who wants better work capacity to be able to perform metabolic conditioning more efficiently, EEF’s Endurance class can benefit you. Endurance is not only for those athletes who want to do Triathlons or Marathons, but also holds a multitude of benefits for the average athlete or anyone looking for better cardio endurance in their everyday fitness.
BUILD is a "Big 3" (Squat, Bench, Deadlift) and hypertrophy focused program. You may layer this on top of some of the other programming, or use it as a stand-alone program 4 x per week. The intentions of BUILD are to make you strong, build muscle, and help you look and feel great. This is a great class for all levels of fitness, and beginners are welcome! Essentials class is not required to participate in our BUILD classes, which are offered on our schedule 4 x per week. Come in and get strong!
Adult gymnastics exercises will teach you how to move your own body through space. We will dive deeper into the technical aspects of functional fitness movements and classic crossfit-style movements.
If you're interested in crossing over into the competition side of fitness, our comp prep cycles will take your training to the next level. Personally designed by Cara and Frank, the program will be tailored seasonally to the biggest competitions and tweaked to your needs based on your current level of fitness. All competition prep programming flows through True Coach, and is an add-on to your membership. NEW TO
CROSSFIT?
For those completely new to Crossfit, we offer an Essentials class. This class is available by appointment only for $80 and is a necessary introduction to functional fitness and Crossfit-style workouts. Essentials will teach you the foundational movements of Crossfit, give you an introduction to Olympic lifting, and give you more insight into the most common practices in our gym. While completing your Essentials class, you can also choose your membership plan. Swing by or give us a call to take advantage of this option!
