We are committed to our Athletes. We do not require a contract, and we gladly offer a month-to-month membership option. However, for those looking to get amazing results and save money we offer longer-term options. You make the commitment and we will help you get there. 10 Visit Punch Cards are available for $113 and are good for Open Gym and Functional Training Classes.

The Essentials Program

For those completely new to Crossfit, we offer an Essentials class. These classes are available by appointment only for $80 and are a necessary introduction to functional fitness and crossfit-style workouts. These classes will teach you the foundational movements of Crossfit, give you an introduction to Olympic lifting, and give you more insight into the most common practices in our gym. While completing your Essentials classes, you can also choose your membership plan. Swing by or give us a call to take advantage of this option!

Daily Drop-ins

Drop-ins are $18 per visit.

  • 6-Month and 12-Month Plans are Paid in Full at the beginning of the plan cycle
  • There will be a 15% discount for each additional child in the same family
